A renewable energy source

Heat Pump is a “machine”, which takes or “pumps” heat from a cold medium (cold air during the winter) and transfers it to another hotter medium, the water, through a cooling process. Through the hot water, the radiators inside the building are becoming hot (thus we have air-water pump) or through hot air (we have air-air pump)

For this transfer it is only needed a minor amount of electric energy. For every 1 KHz of energy that the Heat Pump consumes, it returns 3 – 4,5 KHz of heat, depending on the temperature outside, the technology it uses and the quality of manufacture.
Because it transferes energy from enviroment (75% approximately) and produces a small amount (25% approximately) belongs to the Renewable Sources of Energy and upgrades the energy classification of the building.

Heat pumps (air – air) are all air conditioners and all refrigerators.
The technology of Heat Pump, although known for several decades, has lately become more affordable and technologically friendly for individual use in home heating.

Due to the great energy conservation it offers (greater than any other known way of heating) it is destined very soon to replace all existing heating means and become the ultimate solution for home heating.

What are the advantages of heat pumps?

  • Very low consumption
  • Central coverage for the whole house
  • High quality heating and hot water 24 hours a day
  • Fully automated operation
  • Operation without damage, jams and cleaning
  • We pay for the heating after consuming it first
  • No need for additional chimney and interventions inside and outside the house
  • Clean function without exhaust fumes and smoke
  • Maintain the existing heating system
  • Renewable energy source
  • Its use upgrades the energy classification of your home

Hot water

The Heat Pump due to its high heat efficiency in terms of consumption is a very advantageous solution to heating water for use in professional spaces such as Hotels, Restaurants, Gyms, Beauty salons, Swimming Pools, and anywhere else large amounts of Hot Water are required.

Its operating cost is very low if we take into account that with 1.5 € overall cost of electricity we can heat 1000 liters of water for use in summer and 800 liters in winter, while the cost of purchasing such a pump does not exceed 2,500 €.
